30 Day Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. This way you can be sure you made the right decision.

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the day written in the invoice for a full refund or an exchange minus shipping and handling. Our return policy is that simple

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item that is not custom made or has custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Custom modifications made to our styles, as well as bezel set rings may only be returned for credit.

It's that simple.

American Express Card Holders: A restocking fee of 3.5% will be assessed on all returns or cancellations - no exceptions.

Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Red River Jewelry), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Please note that certified loose diamonds received without the security tag seals, or items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way will not be refundable. Returns with no Red River Jewelry RAN, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

Please contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) number from us before returning any merchandise. We will accept returned merchandise only with a RAN number

How to prepare a return

To return a diamond or jewelry item to Red River Jewelry, follow our three step process:

  1. Your Return Authorization Number. Email and you will be given a Return Authorization Number. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.
  2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $200 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Red River Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.
  3. Insure Your Package. For your own safety, please note that all packages must be sent fully insured for the value of the item(s). If the package is lost and not insured, you will be responsible for the full cost of the items. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
    • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
    • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Red River Jewelry.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

Please make sure that all original diamond certificates and a copy of the invoice are included with the package. Any package missing the certificate(s) will be charged a fee of $200.00 per original certificate.
